DAB digital radio makes it possible to enjoy digital radio in your car, with interference free reception and superb sound quality. It also gives access to a large selection of unique radio stations. DAB+ means even better sound quality than DAB and more radio stations can be received. The DAB+ system can also be used on standard DAB-markets.
The advantage of digital over analogue radio is that digital radio sets the stage for more channels and better quality audio. It also makes it easier to search and navigate between channels. The digital broadcasts make it possible to receive text news and programme information on the radio display, for example programme type, programme name, song title and artist information. The system now supports both DAB and DAB+. The new DAB/DAB+ device can be installed in older DAB cars to enable DAB+ reception on DAB+ markets.¹

DAB + - reception is only available in countries with DAB - broadcasts.
